Angharad; meaning “beloved, much loved”. Name is of Welsh origin and it is pronounced how it’s spelt. Angharad graduated from Kingston University, London in 2010 where she had great success in competitions, being chosen as a finalist in projects for Pringle Of Scotland, Brooks Brothers, French Connection and Banana Republic. Her graduate collection was chosen to show at the prestigious Graduate Fashion Week, London and immediately caused a stir in the press and fashion blogger domain alike. Since graduating, Angharad has worked on a number of projects reaching various areas of the film, design, fashion and music industry. Currently working as a freelance designer and stylist, Angharad has worked on shoots for clothing labels, bands, musicians and other areas of emerging talent whilst also producing artwork for a number of these clients. Angharad also has experience working on film sets and music concerts, recently assisting in Peter Andre’s Arena Tour. Other experience working closely with celebrity clients involved interning with Designer/Stylist/DJ Nova Dando assisting artists such as La Roux, The Klaxons and Lady Gaga. Angharad is currently in the process of designing a capsule collection to launch her own independent clothing label, which will be featured and sold via her blog very soon – so watch this space!!
